WE’RE HERE TO HELP
At Clay Collaborative, we bring a combined two decades of experience working with children, adults, and families, each with their own unique identities. We understand that each of our individual experiences are shaped not only by our thoughts and feelings, but also by our past experiences, relationships, social identities, and the larger systems we live within.
We see you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected from your emotions. You’re simultaneously worried about the state of the world and paralyzed from information overload. We see our kids struggling with feelings of insecurity and perfectionism, compounded by the stress of social media and looming fears about the future.
We want to help you find more calm and greater peace through a deeper understanding of yourself. Together we’ll explore patterns of thinking and feeling and help you figure out how those patterns came to be. With that understanding, we can support you in taking intentional steps toward change. It's possible to learn how to tolerate uncertainty, find space for more joy, and become more comfortable with yourself.
In session, we’ll work in partnership with you to understand you as a whole person within your unique environment and choose the strategies that work for you. We pull from different types of therapies, including Humanistic, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment, and other insight-oriented theories.
We offer individual talk and art therapy for kids, teens, and adults, as well as supportive coaching sessions for parents. We currently offer both in-person and telehealth services. Head here to learn more about our current offerings.
